ABOUT
MICHELLE D. CUNNINGHAM
Author, Playwright, CEO of Mercy Said No Outreach Ministry
In all things, Michelle D. Cunningham prioritizes the love of The Lord. In every sin, she makes it known that she is saved by grace. It is through her trials that Michelle empowers in the role of an author, accomplished playwright, producer and director to encourage others. Michelle draws her inspiration from her late grandmother and guardian, Martha L. Bullox.
Michelle recalls her grandmother being ever so diligent about reading the Holy Bible daily. Michelle now inspires readers, as her grandmother taught her, to love the unlovable and that the past must not make room for hatred.
Michelle is a native Washingtonian, a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. It is through the eyes of her play, "Mercy Said No," (2011) that Michelle began to give birth to the strong black woman that derived from tribulation.
Michelle is a 20 year mentor to young adults. She holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. She is soon to receive a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling.
